Connecting Students with Work-Based Learning Opportunities
The Lancaster County STEM Alliance and the Lancaster Chamber have created a work-based learning platform to connect employers with schools and students. This project addresses the challenge of efficiently matching students with opportunities like apprenticeships, internships, job shadowing, and mentoring.
